What a beautiful little hotel! I booked one of the classic rooms and it far exceeded my expectations. The decor is gorgeous, really tastefully done and for us the room had everything we could need. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was fabulous! We arrived in the early evening and enjoyed a drink in the courtyard garden which is very cute and perfect for a sundowner. The staff were all very professional and friendly and always on hand to answer any questions we had. Despite being a little out of town the location is ideal. The old tram (number 28) stops right outside the door which is perfect. We explored the immediate area for food/ drinks and there were plenty of nice places to choose from. We really enjoyed the breakfast- loved that you can order as many little plates as you like from the menu. Much preferable to a buffet style breakfast as the food was so fresh. The coffee did not disappoint either- first class! Also recommend the scrambled eggs! They were sooooo good! All in all, in couldn’t fault this experience. We would love to return.

The piano sounds during my breakfast was lovely. The staff was amazing. Cute with the bar and the reception, something different but I do like it!

Rooms are beautifully decorated; the dining, the sitting room, the courtyard, cellar, spa, every space has its own identity and ties in with the theme of the hotel superbly. It was also clean and spotless. Sheets and bedding are soft and comfy. Staffs are welcoming, friendly and super helpful. They have a pianist and violinist playing at breakfast and at different periods throughout the day, it was the most relaxing environment to be in. We wanted to know if there was a laundromat near the hotel, but instead we were offered complementary laundry service instead! Location was great. We are not going to stay anywhere else the next time we're in Lisbon again. Definitely the best hotel we've ever stayed in.

We had a very nice stay. Our room was comfortable and clean. They had very nice towels and sheets. We enjoyed the daily breakfast and the 24 hour coffee machine.

Suurepärased inimesed vastu võtmas ja hommikusöögil. Rikkalik ja väga maitsev hommikusöök. Ajalooline hoone. Meie tuba 4 korrusel koos mõnusa pisikese rõduga, kus hea istuda ja Tejo jõge ning tuledes silda imetleda. Voodi väga mugav ja ruum väga, väga puhas. Tervituseks vein ja kommid.

Exceptional hospitality. There was tasty cake and other snacks available 😊 Breakfast was available to be brought into room. It was great choise in the morning after Nos Alive festival day (and night)😄 Location is great and located on a nice square. Definitely will stay here again when visiting Lisbon next time.
