The place is amazing so friendly and beautiful, everyone was so helpful and nice. Eizack,nasma, jushwa and the rest were so professional they add a special beautiful vibe to the place. Totally recommended if you want to live a special african moment. Will definitely go back, great location, quite and clean with nice music.

The hotel is very conveniently located and it is very close to the beach. The owner Selchuk is a great local guide. He informs you about all the attractions. The breakfast they serve is also very good. The rooms are very large too.

The couple running the business were really positive, helpful and friendly, made us feel welcome. Breakfasts and dinners were fresh, delicious and huge, they also had refressing ideas with side dishes and other ingredients. Located in peaceful beach area. Very clean.

The place is very nice and super clean, all the staff is amazing, super kind and they clean your room every day. It has a nice area for breakfast, all the facilities are good, aircon works well, wifi is fast, swimming pool is nice, it has sun beds, etc. The breakfast is big enough, there are different options, the location is amazing, just a short walk to a nice beach, and a few minutes walking from different restaurants. The people around the area are very nice and friendly, we felt safe walking around all the time. A big Thanks to all the people from Ondo House, specially to Ali and Hassan, they went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable during our stay, they helped us to arrange taxi, helped us to go around the ATM, they are very kind and good people! I highly recommend this place, we will definitely come back next season :)

I loved everything about this place !! The owner and the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful during my staying. The breakfast was really nice and fresh, the room was clean and comfortable with lots of space and it is a quiet and peaceful environment. The location is perfect, it’s a 5 minute walk from the beach and 30 min from the main Nungwi beach, but I did not mind walking at all because the neighborhood is really friendly with lots of shops.

The decoration of the place is simply amazing. The common area is really giving island vibes, super colorfull and cozy athmosphere. The breakfast is incredibly good. You get a full plate of fruits, eggs and bread with spreads and coffee/tea. The rooms are spacious and clean, as well as the bathroom which have hot water. The place is a no rules hotel, the owner Crazy Man is really as his name says (which can be a bit disturbing at first but you will get used to his jokes). Basically you will feel like home.

All the staff were friendly but Melina , Anita & Masai stood out for being exceptional. They all made our stay very comfortable, we were treated like family . We really felt at home . I was celebrating my birthday and woke up to surprise decorations and balloons at our door step in the morning. Now that was heart warming thank you so much 🥰

Our stay at Carpe Diem was exactly what we wanted, thanks to the very nice and friendly owners - Haluk and Nana. They provided us with the most important information, advice, and even suggestions on how to make the most of our time there, all at affordable prices. They also advised us on how to interact with the locals and how to select the tour offers that are truly worthwhile. This was the best service we could have received. The room was very spacious, the bed very comfortable, and the breakfast/meals were delicious. The terrace is the perfect place to retreat from the sun when you need a break and a coffee/cold beer. 😊 We are very grateful that we met Haluk and Nana, who were available at any time for any request or discussion.
