Location could not be better walking distance to everything from beach, shopping, rail station. Breakfast is Amazing it was the best we have had after traveling for 4 weeks in the UK. This is the nicest B and B I've ever stayed in. It is close to the railway station....a big plus. The room was ample for my needs - the bed was comfy. I will stay here again.

The location was excellent, sea views across the bay from the rooms were amazing. The breakfast was very good and the service was excellent. The rooms were beautiful, nice and clean and had all that we needed.
