Everthing was beautiful, new, clean and perfect.the host was really nice helping us with a babybed and chair, what they usely don't have. The kids liked the jacuzzi very much. The bed was really comfortable. There was free parking and a nice pool. Rovinj is very beautiful and in a few minutes reachable by car.

The location is fantastic, the view is fantastic, the room is fantastic. We came later then expected exhausted from cycling, and the hostess gave us a great dinner. The bathroom is great, shower was so warm even at faucet half open towards warm. There is everything needed in the bathroom, and more! TV with a lot of programs (OK, I needed only croatian ones, but there are slovenian and austrian too), fast and stable WiFi, water kettle and a small fridge, more than enough tables and chairs - and a couch. Yes, the room is big enough that there is a couch. We came by car, but brought our bikes specifically to bike around Istria. Teta San room is next to Parenzana, and a great base for exploring Istria either by bike or by car.

Excellent communication from Kristina. The building is close to the center. Parking is a bit difficult at the location but it is to be expected in a city center, we have managed to find a free of charge spot every day.

Akomodasi ini terletak di dekat tempat wisata seperti Katedral St. Great central location which made walking around old town easy. Despite the proximity we had no issues with noise from the street below. Our host communicated well and check in was easy. If we ever find ourselves back in Rovinj i would happily stay here again.
