Very clean and well maintained room. The bed linen was excellent! Rovinj old town can be reached in just a few minutes by car. The host was very kind and helpful.

The location is fantastic, the view is fantastic, the room is fantastic. We came later then expected exhausted from cycling, and the hostess gave us a great dinner. The bathroom is great, shower was so warm even at faucet half open towards warm. There is everything needed in the bathroom, and more! TV with a lot of programs (OK, I needed only croatian ones, but there are slovenian and austrian too), fast and stable WiFi, water kettle and a small fridge, more than enough tables and chairs - and a couch. Yes, the room is big enough that there is a couch. We came by car, but brought our bikes specifically to bike around Istria. Teta San room is next to Parenzana, and a great base for exploring Istria either by bike or by car.

Nastanitev Sobe Sole s 4 zvezdicami je v Umagu in nudi zasebne balkone. Izjemno prijazna družina, ki vodi nastanitev in gostilno. Sproščeni, naravni in prijazni kot že dolgo nikjer. Hrana vrhunska, vse sveže, imajo svojo zelenjavo, postrežejo lokalne dobrote, za zajtrk smo dobili poleg vse klasike še "jajca po meri". Sobe so zelo okusno in kakovostno urejene, dobri masivni materiali in čisto za 5 zvezdic. Priporočam!

Nastanitev BOUTIQUE ROOMS Mare Fabulas je v Rovinju, 2,5 km od znamenitosti Plaža Porton Biondi in 2,8 km od znamenitosti Plaža Sand Beach Biondi. the rooms are new and clean and with a nice decor. but the owners are amazing! super helpful! such nice people!

The hosts were gracious and welcoming. Although we arrived late and they had little time, they prepared the best dinner we had in Istria. We rented two rooms for our family of 7 and both were clean and stocked. The house sits atop a hill with fantastic sunset views over the valley. The hosts painstakingly renovated the property a few years ago, keeping its rustic charm, yet upgrading it with all modern amenities. It is a quiet and peaceful location, yet is a short drive to sights around Istria.

Apartment is situated right in the center of the city and the cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home. Owner's willingness to help finding parkplace was truly appreciated. Overall, our stay was delightful.
