Boasting an outdoor swimming pool, Bel Residence is located 450 metres from Trstenik Beach and 900 metres from Firule Beach in Split. Extremely friendly staff, great rooms - everything is new. Free parking! Great HVAC, the room heats up quickly - not a given on the coast during the winter. Good curtains block out the light when needed. They don't offer breakfast, but have free tea/milk/hot chocolate/coffee at all hours, and a free croissant in the morning.

Shower huge and powerful. Loads of hot water. Owner communicated quickly and allowed us to store luggage early.

My 1 night stay in Sweet rooms was excellent. The room was fully equipped, super clean, comfortable, safe that is very important for the solo traveler. The location is near the old town and harbor that was quite comfortable to walk around for some hours in the evening after my arrival. The host Ana was amazing, very kind and helpful. I am kind of a picky traveler and can always find something that disappoints me, but Sweet rooms apartments are highly recommended for everyone who want to get a positive experience in Split.

Just a few meters from the apartment :)

Kaštela'nın Kastel Stafilic bölgesinde yer alan Room Airport Split, Hrvatica Plajı'na 500 metre, Divulje Plajı'na 1,6 km ve Salona Arkeoloji Parkı'na 17 km uzaklıktadır. We stopped by here for one night as our flight got into split late. We were kindly collected by the hosts from the airport and brought back to the room. These people could not have been more kind to us. They offered to drive us to and from a restaurant for dinner (we walked as it was close by) and also dropped us to split ferry port the following morning for a very reasonable price compared to Croatian taxi prices. They made this part of our trip very stress free. The room was immaculate 10/10. We highly recommend this room and will definitely be back if we travel to split/hvar again.

Since Split is very hot during the summer, to be able to cool down in the AC equipped room was highly appreciated. A cup of coffee to be available is always a plus. The host was very helpful and flexible when she realized that we were arriving late to the apartment.

Stari Grad'da Petar Hektorovic Sarayı'na 500 metre uzaklıkta yer alan Town House Rosario teras gibi çeşitli olanaklar sunmaktadır. Tüm odalarda düz ekran uydu TV ve özel banyo bulunmaktadır. The interior was really cool and we loved the eco approach they have with everything. Location was perfect with free parking nearby. Rose was very sweet and gave us many recommendations and a guide book of the area, restaurants, sights, etc.
