The staff always smiled and made you feel very welcome. The breakfast was exceptional (we even saw the owner making the pastries for next day’s breakfast). Lastly, it was all the little things like leaving out cold water infused with fruit, little sweets in jars, or a help-yourself table of aperitifs during after hours.

When we walked in, Stefano gave us a warm welcome, and the check in to the room was super swift. When we walked into the room, it had a beautiful view and a comfortable atmosphere. The bed was very comfortable and the room was overall very clean, they do housekeeping every day. The bathroom has a nice design and was very clean. The entire stay was quiet, relaxing, and homey in general. The location was amazing, it’s only a few steps away from all the restaurants, the lake, bus station, and ferry station, you only need to take a taxi to the train station. Stefano was great in communication, he replies very fast, and he is very helpful and cheerful.

Villa Torretta se află în Varenna și include o grădină. Personalul proprietății poate organiza servicii de transport de la/la aeroport. La această pensiune, fiecare cameră oferă dulap pentru haine. Our hostess could not have been nicer. She made a dinner reservation for us at a wonderful restaurant. Very friendly and lovely hotel. Looking forward to returning soon.

The location, the room, the calmness, the spotless clean bathroom with such a design, the comfy beds, the welcome drink ( drinking it in the terrace facing the mountains was priceless), the host helping us out with our extra needs, the value for money..
