Due to the age of the building and its location in the city of Catania, it is impossible to block out all the noise but in my opinion, the building's character and central location for sightseeing were a good compromise. A recently renovated property, Valguarnera Studio Apartments is set in Palermo near Fontana Pretoria, Palermo Cathedral and Palermo Central Train Station. The location is very central that we could walk to all major sightseeing places including the train station. So many great restaurants near by! The apartment looks exactly the same from the advertised pictures. Communication with the host is easy & prompt. Self check in & out are easy. The apt is newly renovated, nicely decorated & very comfortable with a functional balcony. It’s spotlessly clean. Coffee, tea, olive oil & water are all a nice touch and convenient to have. Room service even being provided on our second day there. My husband & I love the place.
