Our stay was amazing! The staff is so friendly and accommodating. We got many tips from Gerry, the manager, which helped us explore the island. They can arrange a taxi transfer from the port to the hotel and back for a good price. Would recommend this place to anyone staying in Nusa Penida!! Ps. Smoothie bowl for breakfast is delicious!

Made the host and his family were by far the best part about menjangan retreat, Made was so attentive and helpful and his wife’s cooking was so good! The retreat was beautiful and so peaceful, we would recommend visiting here for a few days if not longer as the locals were so friendly and inviting also. Most people will visit the more tourist parts of Bali but people are crazy not to travel around more and see beautiful places like this retreat. On arrival they had prepared a coconut for us!

Even when my plans became confused, they helped me to sort absolutely all the details for a seamless experience. And the view of the seaweed fields was breathtaking and serene.
