Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Large room, no issues with the hot water, quiet in the evenings. Very large breakfasts with continental, Kerala or both style breakfasts if you want it. There is a common balcony overlooking a garden which we used each morning looking for the local birds. Restaurants aren't what we'd consider walking distance, but tuk-tuks are close and cheap. Their recommendations for restaurants were good and safe for the ones we tried. The Shikaras and houseboats are literally around the corner, but we recommend talking to the managers about booking those as they will steer you right. We tried both ways and got far better results from their recommendation.

Excellent food and Housekeeping.The view was awesome especially kids liked it.Economical and worth the penny .one of our kids fell sick but took care of her by serving timely food .Thanks to Umesh bhaiyya and owner was also very responsive catering to your small needs.We would love to come again and again Go for it if you want scenic views and wanna stay in middle of tea estates you won't regret it going for it . Complementary breakfast and our lemon tea was so good ,snacks are mouth watering and delicious timely.It was greatttt.I don't have words to express .Taking with us all great cherished memories.

The bed was soft and very comfortable! The WiFi worked great! The AC was fantastic in the super hot and humid Kerela weather! Extremely clean! The hostess Lakshmi is very nice and cooks a great breakfast! The location was good and close to the old historic colonial part of Fort Kochi!

The place where the house is located is an amazing tropical garden, full of grenery and with a 15 minutes walk you can reach a waterfall in which you can swim. The pateo that gives acess to the rooms is absolutely delighfull and cozy with and amazing view, perfect for remote work. They cook the best Indian confort food, and you can have cooking lessons!! Rooms with perfect conditions and super clean. We ended up extending our stay because we love it so much. It has been my favourite place since ever and i am definitely coming back.

They treated us like family, they took us to rheir cardamom fields, to the waterfall, they offered us good vibes and help, all the time with love and a smile. Food was fantastic, made from their own culture. The house is new and beautiful, amazing comfortable bed. Located in the mountains, in the silence, next to one of the big watterfalls in the area. Highly recommend it and for sure going back. Thanks family!

Madhav Mansion Beach Resort se află în Varkala, la 2 minute de mers pe jos de Plaja Edava, și oferă cazare cu aer condiționat, terasă și parcare privată gratuită. Beyond amazing in every way - I have travelled the world and stayed at many many places - never have I experienced soooo much help - kindness - generosity - I had an emergency dental issue and the owner not only arranged an appointment on my day of arrival but personally drove me the three times I had to go. Plus to ATM and to a festival on my first night. The breakfast each morning is so generous and different each day morning and served on the upstairs deck with sea views and a lovely breeze. Even a small thing when a button came off and I asked for a sewing kit he took to his wife to do for me. I also used his recommendation for a driver from the airport as o arrived late at night and would again recommend this service / it might cost a little bit more but worth it. I used the same driver to take me to Munroe Island. The room was spacious - comfortable and modern quiet a/c and a fan, plus a kettle. The bathroom had all that was needed with hot water. There is also a kitchen downstairs with large fridge and microwave. The beach is a five minute walk away. I will never forget the hospitality and kindness making my first trip ever to India incredible. Thank you 🙏
