Its staff is amazing, Lina is a lovely person ,her friends and family help to you to feel incredible.I received a lot of attention and love from them. I felt free to do everything. It’s good located in the middle of the safe and quiet area of Medellin. It has very nice facilities and good balcony to drink tea along a lot of plants. Definitely I have to come back to this beautiful place.

I recommend la familia hostel to everyone. The hostel is reasonably priced and is located in one of the best spots in the city. From el poblado metro station you can reach the hostel in less than 10 minutes on foot. The hostel is located in a very quiet and charming neighborhood where there are numerous small restaurants and coffees. "Provenza", where most of the nightclubs and restaurants are located, is also just a 10-minute walk away. The tour to Guatepe, which I booked at the hostel, was also amazing. If I come back to Medellin, I will definitely book this hostel again.

Great location close to lots of restaurants and bars . Very open and friendly space . Staff were incredibly helpful and cheerful. Room was spacious, beautiful detailing, nice safe boxes, and clean with comfy beds and great shower. Snacks and water available in the shop. Breakfast options are really good and all tasty.
