The staff was suuuper awesome to us, friendly, and super accommodating. I had a friend Joong me on last minute, and so we decided to change to a 2 people bedroom, and they were able to change everything on a very last minute. They also helped us with parking options. It was great!! I would definitely stay there again, if I get back to Milano!

The design of the bunk beds are amazing, I mean ordinary wooden stairs lead up to the bunk bed not a ladder, given more privacy and your own space as it would be a separate "tiny room" upstairs :)) The room has its own bathroom with toilet. The design of the hostel is so cool, with amazing terraces and common areas. On of the best hostel I've ever been.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. There was a comfortable lounge area with lots of books and also a small bar. Despite the close proximity to excellent transport links, the hostel was peaceful at night, so I felt safe and had a great sleep!
