This is my very favorite place to crash. I kept on extending and extending and extending. The facilities itself are great, the staff is the just the best (Emmy, Risky, Eno, Baiq, Rocky, thx so much for making this place feel like home). If you need something, you’ll have it arranged. You won’t get bored, there is a pipe, a slack line, a kitchen to use, a refreshing pool, good coffee in the café. Plus you’ll meet most likely some handsome surferpeeps here haha. Hijau is a little oasis in the heart of the island, not too far from the airport. I loved everything about it - the bamboo structure, the garden, their dog - but nothing compares to Didit and his dad's hospitality and kindness. I will never forget them and this short but sweet stay at Hijau.
