Excellent location in a small street at 1 min distance from the Montgomery metro, tram and bus station. Apartment composed of a large living room (35sq m) with an open kitchen, entrance hall, bathroom, wc, two bedrooms, a terrace (front side) and a small balcony (back side). Total of 85 square meters. Fully equipped kitchen. Second floor in a small condominium (4 floors) with an elevator. Reinforced antitheft door.
hello! welcome to Brussels, the cultural melting pot of Europe. this is the land of surrealism, mussels and probably the best beer in the world. I moved here over a decade ago to realise that I have fallen in love with country. I do hope you will like it too!
This apartment is situated at the second floor right hand-side in a co-propriety in a residential area right by the Montgomery roundabout. From here, you can easily get to the European district, NATO, ULB/VUB university, or Brussels downtown. If you are a tourist, or on a business trip this apartment has everything you need. The metro stop is a minute away (Montgomery) and a densely populated street with shops including several shopping galleries are situated 6 minutes walking distance. Should you travel by car, you can decide to park at Montgomery hotel just in front of the apartment (reservation needed) or at the paid parking in Rue des Tongres. One of the best parks in the city, Parc du Cinquantennaire 8 minutes walking distance. You will enjoy linens (sheets, covers, towels, duvet covers) and avoid traveling loaded!
