Initially, we specialise in home maintenance and service for private individuals, so we are committed to working with every guest, every traveller and every property. We take care of reception and communication (at any time before and after the stay), emergency calls, cleaning, laundry and we respond to all customer requests. Bed linen and bath towels are not included in the booking price. However, we do offer hotel-quality linen for hire (subject to availability).
