In Palavas-les-Flots, this charming 58 m² air-conditioned house with swimming pool is 300 m from the beach and can accommodate up to 4 people (preferably 2 adults and 2 children). It comprises an attractive 20 m² living room with fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom and a garden of around 20 m². The accommodation is as follows: Ground floor - A 20 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, etc. - Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc. - Large veranda of almost 10 m² overlooking the garden - A mezzanine with a bedroom area (communicating with the lounge area below) - Shower room with WC Outside : - The residence's communal swimming pool is open subject to weather conditions. - A beautiful 20 m² private enclosed garden, opening onto a large garden planted with trees. - A 9 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. Other notes : - Bed linen and towels included - Free WiFi available (fiber optics) - Pets are allowed in the accommodation, for an extra charge of 15 euros/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking. A parent is responsible for children's swimming.
