Charming triplex loft that comfortably sleeps 4. The air-conditioned apartment is perfectly equipped and comfortable, with a warm decor. The city center is easily accessible, with transport and shops in the immediate vicinity. The accommodation comprises : FIRST FLOOR : - 1 bathroom and separate toilet FIRST LEVEL : - 2 bedrooms (1 Queen size bed and 1 double bed) SECOND LEVEL : - 1 living room - 1 fully equipped open kitchen THE KITCHEN The kitchen includes a dishwasher, hob, fridge, oven, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. EQUIPMENT All facilities provided: washing machine, tumble dryer, wifi, sponges, garbage bags, hotel-quality sheets and towels, professional cleaning before and after each booking. The accommodation includes 2 staircases which are not suitable for small children.

A friendly and lively neighborhood, the area around Place Nansouty is known for its many individual townhouses, old bourgeois homes and typical shops. If there are few squares, the numerous private gardens bring a lot of greenery and flowers to the streets.
