## The space The T3 1st Line Sea View flat is on the first floor (no lift) of a residence in Palavas-les-Flots. It is fully furnished and equipped with reversible air conditioning in every room: living room, kitchen, bedrooms The accommodation comprises: -Living room, with sea view (Ideal for relaxing on the sofa while watching the sea ) Open, fully-equipped kitchen ( Perfect for cooking tasty meals with family, friends or colleagues without losing the thread of conversation Two sea-view terraces, one equipped with outdoor furniture (tables and chairs) -A first bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning reversible, storage cupboard -A second bedroom suitable for children or young adults with two single bunk beds, small desk, air conditioning and storage cupboard A fully-equipped bathroom with a large shower -Separate toilet ## Guest access Travellers have access to the entire flat. A small code gate is provided in front of the residence entrance for access to the beach ## Guest interaction CBC Home Concierge is available for any information regarding the flat and its surroundings. ## Other things to note Renovation work is planned in the residence (painting on the 1st floor and tiling on the ground and first floors) until 17 June 2024. We have lowered our prices to compensate for these inconveniences, which are beyond our control. Household linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels, etc.) and is included in the price of cleaning.

## The neighborhood This first line sea view flat is 1 min from the beach, located in avenue Saint Maurice in the town of Palavas-les-Flots. This seaside resort on the Mediterranean is close to Montpellier.
