We loved this property. So quiet to sleep, even though you are in the heart of Rome. The rooftop terrace was spectacular for a quiet spot.

We had the loveliest stay in this hotel. It was a great location and easily walkable to all the main attractions. The area near the hotel had great restaurants and amenities and we really couldn’t have asked for much more. Jose was waiting for us when we checked in and was very helpful in recommending some local restaurants to try and was equally helpful in arranging for us to keep our luggage at the hotel on the last day. The room was very comfortable and cosy and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to our friends and family if they were planning to visit Rome.

The location was the most important for us. Near the Piazza Navona and the Pantheon, many bars and restaurants and a taxi rank for all our trips. The rooms were very clean, the beds very comfortable and the staff were excellent. They were so welcoming and gave us lots of good information. For a 3 night stay it was all that we needed. I recommend this hotel.

Very friendly staff. Jean and Edgard are very helpful with everything. Excellent location. Near to all Rome attractions and surrounding area is full with restaurants, small markets, shops, pharmacy etc. Everything within walking distance. The residence was clean and free potable water.

Everything was perfect! I had been wanting to come here to Navona Residenza de Charme for so long and I wasn't disappointed at all! The single room is big enough for two people, very well curated, and located in the perfect place, only 5min away from my favorite piazza, Piazza Navona. You have many osterie in the streets as well, very typical of the Eternal City. The staff was always a phone call away (merci Jean !), and great professionals. I'll definitely come back! There really is nothing not to like about Navona Residenza de Charme! This small, personal, boutique hotel is full of character and charm. Jean, the owner, could not have been more helpful. He suggested places to see and go, and even explained history about the various sites. He spent a lot of time with me. His personal approach made me feel welcomed and well taken care of. The staff in the hotel were equally impressive - even offering to make me a cappuccino when I slept in and missed the breakfast. The room was well appointed and the view from the room was priceless. Breakfast was high quality with fresh juices, meats, ham, cheese, croissants, toast , cappuccino or coffee and various fruits. I can't wait to return to Rome. One thing I know for sure ..... I will definitely be staying at the Navona Residenza de Charme!
