Everything!, the hotel is very beautiful, the room is nice and spacious, the producto they use are environmentally friendly, breakfast was great!!, their staff great!!!, they where also very friendly and nice with this loving and beautiful street dog, that says a lot about them in the good way :). Also how close it is to the main part of downtown, and at the same time far enough to have a quiet sleep.

The staff were super friendly and helpful with everything. The facilities were fantastic, we spent so much time in the pools on deck and just enjoying the view. The tours were all very well organised and the guides were great. They were very knowledgeable, spoke multiple languages and took the time to explain everything and answer all the questions. The food (and cocktails) were incredible, not just the main breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets in the dining room but also the smaller buffets served up on deck in between. The wifi which they only just got worked perfectly the whole time which was great as I had to work a little bit. We loved our room and our balcony and spent a lot of time out there as there were no mosquitos at all! There was also a nurse which was lucky for me because I actually got sick on one of the days but she treated me right away. So if you're looking to enjoy a bit of luxury while exploring the Amazon, this is definitely the right choice.

Transfer from and to Manaus was seamless. Food is tasty and vegetarian options are plentiful (and include proteins!). The excursions are awesome and our guide, Mo (and his brother) were fantastic helping us spot tons of animals, incredible generous with answering questions, and even made the cultural visit with a local family (which can often be performative or awkward in other place) into something cool, educational, real and meaningful. This place is an absolute gem.
