The maitre d’ gave a wonderful introduction to each course she was funny and charming. And the Sommelier knew his wines so well. The evening was lovely and the next day breakfast was delightful. The swimming pool was wonderful too. We loved our stay at the palais.

Sud De France TGV Train Station is a 10-minute drive away. Me, my wife and our dog stayed here for 2 nights. We sent a message saying we would only arrive around 3 a.m. due to traveling and at around 1 a.m. we got a call from the Hotel asking if everything was ok, if we needed help/support for anything, and if we wanted something to eat once we arrived. I must say this was by far the best service we have ever had (and we stay mainly in 5-star hotels around the world). Once we arrived check-in was super quick to allow us to go to our room and get some sleep. The bedroom was very spacious and the bed was super comfortable. We loved the fact that we actually had 2 different types of pillows on the bed, one soft and one a bit harder. Usually, you get the same type of pillow and if you want something different you have to ask for it. The location is amazing. Just 20 mins by car from Montpellier (that we wanted to visit) and the restaurant (for breakfast, lunch and dinner) faces the beach. It's super quiet and isolation is perfect. During dinner, there's some music but from the bedroom (on the 1st floor) we didn't hear anything. The pool is also facing the beach and super chilled and relaxed. We didn't have the chance to try the breakfast but we had dinner at the restaurant. Must say the food is really good and priced fairly. The restaurant was full of both guests and locals, so that says it all. The beach in front doesn't allow dogs but there's a nearby beach (10 mins by car) which allows. We definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxed stay, near the beach and still near enough from Montpellier. We were absolutely thrilled that we ended up staying here instead of staying in Montpellier Can't thank enough all the staff during our stay, both day and night staff.

Had a special request regarding a tapas board and this was done without any objection.

First of all, I must mention the host, who is really an exceptional lady. She was so attentive, helped us with understanding the city - do and don'ts right upon arrival. She gave us recommendations of good local restaurants and shared many other tips. She prepared breakfast and was truly super nice just as a person, which impacts everything during such short-term stays. My husband and I felt very welcome and definitely recommend staying at "Bordeaux Cosy B&B." It's a very clean space, and you will have your own privacy.

Location is great, less than 10 minutes to the old town. Staff is extremely kind and accommodating, sharing lots of information on the history of the property and their experiences. The room is quite large and has a beautiful view of the old town walls. Coffee and tea in the room is always a plus. We opted to have dinner at the property the evening we stayed and it was incredible. 5 courses and paired wine, I couldn't recommend this more if you visit. Breakfast was included and also delicious. I would absolutely stay here again if we return.
