Room: I stayed in the deluxe room, it was absolutely huge! The room comes with a balcony which looks out onto the church, bell tower, water fountain and theatre. Fully stocked mini bar, and the room also comes with its own private internet router/wifi. Staff: Honestly, hand on heart, the staff at this hotel are the most kindest, sweetest people of all time. Every time you enter or exit the hotel, they greet you with a smile, wish you a good day, or good rest. They are always happy to help, no matter what. I personally stayed there because I was selling an apartment - when I asked where I can get moving boxes from etc, the owner of the hotel went out of his way to find me some within 30 minutes. During this difficult time for me, full of emotions, the receptionist was always there. Someone to sit down with, and shoulder to cry on. I also noticed how other guests commented on her positive attitude, and her willingness to always help. Really good people!! Overall, the hotel was once an iconic bank which has been renovated into this modern hotel. The hotel is modern but also kept the architecture of the building and memory of Pleven - which is very important. The room was very comfortable. The service was amazing! I have already recommended this hotel to many people, and have said I’d definitely be coming back and staying in the same room. If I could give it 10 stars I would. 10/10 recommend!!

Floral Boutique Hotel is situated in Pleven, 1.2 km from Regional Historical Museum - Pleven and 2.9 km from Pleven Panorama. Very clean place . The staff was very helpful and really nice people . Close to the center and the Medical University. It is so nice that they start to serve breakfast was so rich with nice coffee and delicious home made cakes unusual for ordinary breakfast .

The place were is situated the hotel, center of the park, the peacefulness around, the greenery, the pool, the surroundings, the breakfast, very nice and helpful personal.

Located within 4.8 km of Kaylaka Park and 44 km of Devetashka Cave, Hotel Splendid provides rooms in Pleven. The beds were super comfortable, the hotel is very central. Good friendly people at reception.

The Family Art Hotel Gallery is located in a green residential area south of the centre of Pleven, 100 metres from Hristo Botev Boulevard. Stuff were very friendly and happy people. South beach is hist 6-7 minutes walk.

A Hotel Rostov épülete Pleven központjában található. A szálloda ingyenes wifivel ellátott, kilátást nyújtó, szépen berendezett szobákat kínál. Pleven egyik preferált hotele, ami 15-20 perces sétára van a vasútállomástól. Emiatt választottam. (5,9 trolival 1 megállót lehet menni a vasútállomástól, akkor kevesebbet kell sétálni. Jegy 1.50 leva, trolin kalauztól lehet venni. Csak készpénzben!) A szoba megfelelő méretű, aránylag t iszta, pár éjszakára tökéletes. Minibárban 3 féle kisüveges juice és egy fél literes mentes víz van. Kérésemre reggeli csomagot készítettek, de ezt előre kell jelezni.

Given the location and options available in general, it is quite good value for money! Pleven is a walking distance city and area around Medical University is absolutely safe even at night! Clubbing at the city center is just a few beers away and there is plenty to do no matter what is the purpose of visit! Kayluka Park and the Panorama are close! Train station and bus station are within 40 minutes walk. As for the accommodation it is family oriented! Beds are comfortable. The only minus is that it is a bit difficult for first time visitors to find the key left in PO box. There should be better visual explanation how to reach the key! I will visit again soon!
