Located in Lugano, 2.7 km from Exhibition Center Lugano, Bigatt Hotel & Restaurant provides accommodation with a restaurant, a private parking, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and a bar. This is a wellness project built for locals who feel hard to find a job. To be honest, they did a fantastic job on managing this property and everything is just fine! We stayed during winter but I bet the hotel will be nicer during summer.

Albergo Hotel Tesserete is a family-run hotel built in 1910 in the centre of Tesserete. It features a large green garden and is only 7 km from Lugano. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Friendly welcome, recommendations for tourist routes, impeccable service. I warmly recommend this hotel. I felt wonderful. Many thanks to Luca and the Besomi family.

Right on the shores of Lake Lugano and within walking distance of the Old Town of Lugano, the 5-star Grand Hotel Villa Castagnola is set within a private, subtropical park. The room we chose was absolutely amazing. The views we had of the lake was incredible and all of the staff were so friendly and welcoming.

Set in Arogno, 7.9 km from Swiss Miniatur, Locanda La Pignatta offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. Located 20mns from the lake in the hills, Arogno is a very beautiful and quiet village. We had a great time at Locanda La Pignatta. Perfect welcome with Giovanni. The hotel has recently been renovated. Very clean with good bedding. We dined there, the menu offers quality local dishes. The villagers meet on the beautiful terrace in the evening which gives a very authentic character. Thank you to all the team for this pleasant stay. We'll be back with pleasure.

Located on a slope above the village of Miglieglia and 16 km from Lugano, Albergo Santo Stefano is a traditional Ticinese style building from the 18th century. It offers rooms with a private bathroom.... Amazing experience! After a long day of hiking we arrived in the cute village of Miglieglia and got immediately enchanted by the Casa San Stefano and it's very welcoming invite. Old, historical building. We were warmly welcomed by the owners and received an upgrade of the room we had booked. Authentic, well-decorated interior. After a very peaceful night, we enjoyed the amazing breakfast with fresh, healthy ingredients and plenty of choice. Would i recommend the place? Definitely!
