JW Marriott always meets your expectation. I was visiting the hotel during the Valentines Day and made a special request to decorate the room. They made it very special for my wife. Had Balloons, Towel Swan, Rose and Rose Petals. The hotel also has robots to deliver water bottles and anything you might need. So I would say, just pick up the phone and order few water bottles, a cool thing to experience. The rooms were also spacious and everything in the room was modern and on point. Good view of the river also.

Although it may not boast the extensive variety like some other hotels, the selection was more than sufficient for our family. Each dish was delicious and made with fresh ingredients.

Offering stunning views of Shanghai skyline, the gorgeous Regent Shanghai Pudong stands in Lujiazui financial district in Pudong New Area. Had a pleasant and wonderful birthday staycation with Regent and we get free upgrade to premium pearl view suite room upon check in with complementary minibar items and wine. The day and night view of the pearl and shanghai city from our suite is awesome ! Not to forget to visit the pool as the view is amazing too. Love the Eau De Magnolia toiletries provided by Regent. Otherwise, staffs are very helpful and attentive , they will assist our issue when it comes to food order&delivery as a foreigner .

The Peninsula Shanghai ligt direct tegenover de Bund op 5 minuten wandelen van het winkelgebied aan het voetgangersgebied East Nanjing Road. I booked a room facing the Huang Po river and best of all I was given on with direct view of Oriental Pearl TV Tower. Just so beautiful. This makes it all worth the price to pay :-). The staffs are all very well trained, polite. Most of all Danny and Ray (I may get the names wrong but they are the only 2 guys at the concierge) are superb. Thank you.

The location is excellent, just next to the Jinan Temple, many major malls and trend roads. But what separates it apart is the hotel’s amazing service. From the moment we stepped out of our car to anywhere we went in the hotel, we have been greeted with the warmest help. Special thanks to Hank and Goslin who had been ever so patiently assisting us extending the stay. And to Zoe who went above and beyond to get medication for our little boy. Lastly, the room is just glamorous, so spacious and tasteful decoration.
