The property is beautiful and secluded yet close enough to town for restaurants. There’s a hot tub and pool which is lovely after a day of adventuring. The private rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff were soooo friendly and welcoming!

The staff were so helpful and very pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is set in beautiful gardens overlooking mountains with rabbits, ducks and chickens running freely. We also had complimentary use of the Turkish bath and sauna. The hotel is on the outskirts of town, about 15 minutes walk to the centre. The room was spotlessly clean and quiet with excellent security. We even extended our stay!!

Offering a restaurant, La Posada del Arte is located in Baños, just 900 metres from the town’s main transport terminal. It boasts an on-site tour desk and a shared terrace with hammocks. The hostel is located right next to the waterfall and thermal baths at the edge of town, which is nice and quiet. It’s only about a 15min walk from the bus station, and less than that to get to all the restaurants, bars, and shops. The staff are nice and helped us plan our time in Banos, including recommending an agency that could rent us good quality bikes for the waterfall route. We also enjoyed our breakfast. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Felt safe and the location was great, in the middle of everything but on a quiet street.
