The Santa Claus Holiday Village is magical and the cottages are equipped with everything you need. Private sauna is a great bonus when the temperature drops below 0°C. Breakfast was delicious and you have a plenty of meals to choose from. The food overall was great also in restaurants. And there are many attractions in the village (also of season) for kids and adults as well.

Location was convenient, room was cozy, so was the bed, pillow and blanket. The fact that there was a sauna in the room made it extra perfect especially after the cold!

Located on the island of Vartiosaari, this hotel offers rooms with Finnish design and free WiFi. The island is accessed via a 72 metres long hanging bridge over the river Kemijoki. Run by lovely, really helpful and down to earth people. We did the ice plunging in the river, which was done professionally and safe. Good selection of the continental breakfast and had a nice homely hearty dinner, which we booked in the morning.
