The house was beautiful, a living museum built in 1912 and in great conditions for the guests to enjoy it. The host was amazing. He prepared a delicious traditional cake and breakfast for us, and shared many stories about the Faores people and their culture.

The breakfast was superb, plenty of choice and a Chef there to make up omelettes to your exact instructions, loads of pastries, easy to operate coffee, juices and the usual british breakfast items. My room was huge, big tv, double bed and couch, separate shower and toilet and location perfect. I have to give a special mention to the reception staff, (especially the blonde with the glasses, I never caught her name) who helped me with trips numerous times and my safe deposit box problems, which was my mistake. The Hotel also has a shop for sandwiches, drink, etc. at the side of the reception.

The natural grass roof of this peaceful, design hotel matches the surrounding green countryside. All rooms overlook Nólsoy Fjord and central Tórshavn, which is 2 km away. Wi-Fi is free. Great and modern Hotel with nice view over the city. The Staff is exceptionally friendly. The fitness room is well equipped and fully functional. The room itself is spacious and with fast WiFi (100 MBit/s down | 400 MBit/s up). Special requests are handled without any problems. Breakfast has a good selection, juice and coffee is included. We really enjoyed our stay.
