The 4-star Avar Hotel was built in 2020 and it is located at the foot of the Mátra mountain. It offers garden, wellness center, 24-hour front desk, room service and luggage storage. Beautiful hotel, nice and friendly staff, delicious food and big variety, highly recommended. Tried many good hotels in the country but way above the average.:)

El Templomvölgy Resort Mátrakeresztes goza de una ubicación pintoresca en las colinas de Mátra, rodeado de bosques y a 12 km de la estación de esquí de Mátraszentistván. Such an amazing place! It’s off the beaten path so you have to be intentional about choosing a stay here. We were in the area for the Easter celebration in nearby Hokollö and chose to drive 30 minutes to this spot for the night. Thrilled to arrive and receive an upgrade to a suite for the stay. Beautiful facilities. We also took advantage of the jacuzzi and thoroughly enjoyed it. Breakfast was very nice! I recommend completely!!

Hotel Ózon & Luxury Villas is a 4-star superior hotel set in the Mátra mountain range, surrounded by the Mátra National Preserve. Great location and beautiful view from the room if you take the panorama view. The spa is well designed and clean with beautiful amenities. The staff is professional, competent and pleasant. The food at dinner was good and the breakfast delicious. The possibility to continue enjoying the spa after checkout is most appreciated. It was a great weekend escape.

El Kastélyhotel Sasvár Resort, situado en Parádsasvár, en los montes Mátra, alberga un restaurante que sirve cocina húngara e internacional a la carta y ofrece acceso gratuito a una pista de tenis y... Service at reception was amazing, we arrived 7pm during snow shower, they help to find room.

This was our second visit this year and this time we brought the whole family. The environment allows you to have a nice small walk or a long hiking trip so it is suitable for both the more and less active members of the family. The religious aspect of the place is fantastic and adds a nice charm to the place. I would totally recommend to stay here.

The hotel is located in beautiful Matra, surrounded with the forrest. The restaurant’s view is breathtaking and the hotel has all facilities and comfort one needs: the room was spacious, very clean, spa was clean and beautiful, staff was incredibly friendly, food was diverse and delicious. Highly recommended!
