Super Staff, Borbas Szolt is one of the nicest people i’ve met ever at a hotel. He really made sure we had all we needed. He organized lunch, early check in etc etc.

An excellent stay in a modern and cosy hotel. Very clean and comfy. For all sauna lovers also beautiful spa with different types of sauna and discrete, quiet resting place. Extremely friendly staff. They were very professional and understanding when I needed to postpone my stay due to health reasons. All went well, they made sure I have no problems with reservation and allowed no extra charges. We decided to come back every winter. They also offer a diverse and rich breakfast & dinner. Hotel is located walking distance from mystic Heviz thermal lake, there are also cute shopping streets and a great gallery with many beautiful paintings from local artists.

This hotel features a spa area and a garden with a pool, the Batthyány Kastélyszálló is located west of Heviz and Lake Balaton. It features on-site tennis court, a playground and a restaurant. The Palace is gorgeous in and of itself. We also appreciated the lovely, quiet garden, and the small, friendly village. The room was beautiful and clean. Reception was lovely and accommodating. Check-in was easy. Excellent breakfast and dinner. I want to return to this place!

The staff is very proactive, helpful, cares about kids. Breakfast and supper are highly recommended. The food is both very healthy and tasty , high quality and menu is slightly changing every day. Best regards to the chef ! Kids menu and places for attraction - even in the canteen area ! Playgrounds and attractions all over the vast hotel area. Crafts sessions. Evening music auditions. Tennis court. Table games room. Climbing park is also worth mentioning - superb. The swimming zone: for toddlers , outside, inside , for juniors, rooms for clothing, lockers, silent spa, numerous saunas,... you name it. The rooms.... my daughter was very happy with a separate great kid room. The bathing room is spacious, easy to wash the kinds of all ages. Perhaps , I forgot something, but , this is the place worth many many more "thank you"
