Located in Frigate Bay, 400 metres from Marriott Royal Beach, Royal St. Kitts Hotel provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. Everything. Great people right when you arrive.Shermain went above her job details as did all the other staff at the front desk. The manager made arrangements for me to get to the golf course when I played which was greatly appreciated. The resort was the cleanest I've ever been too. I watched two gentlemen. 1 cleaned the outdoor shower area thoroughly. Standing on a step ladder cleaning the shower head spotlessly. The other cleaned the room outdoor area. I've never seen the outdoor furniture couches stripped and put in bags to be cleaned. This place is spotless. I stayed here 30 odd years ago when it was Jack Par it was great then but it's amazingly better now. The room I had was like a apartment. Stainless steel appliances high ceilings spacious walk-in shower. Food was really good at resort and a short walk across parking lot your able to buy groceries. Great gym with up to date equipment. Security staff so friendly they drove me to golf course. Very safe perfectly located resort close to everything. I'm not waiting 30 years to come back again I will see them soon.

The staff are very friendly. Our villa was on the ocean and had a great view. The villa had everything we needed to be comfortable. The location is great with all the restaurants, the Strip and grocery store all within walking distance.

My parents absolutely loved this hotel I recommend it after I tock my two children there a few years ago Absolutely beautiful and we cannot wait to get back

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a patio, Cozzy Apartment on the Caribbean side-Frigate Bay is located in Frigate Bay. First of all, Michael is the best host we have ever had, and we travel a lot. He picked us up from the airport, even when it was late and we had a 7-hour delay. He gave us the best recommendations for what to see on the island and rented his car at the last minute when our rental company canceled on us. The apartment is much nicer and bigger than the pictures. It has everything you need, and it's in a nice, residential area close to Frigate Bay.

Beacon Rise Apartment is set in Basseterre. This apartment offers free private parking, full-day security and free WiFi. The location was exactly what I needed, the apartment was exceptional, very clean and the host was super friendly and helpful, she literally took time from her busy schedule to show me around town plus took me to the supermarket giving that I didn't rent a car, I'll be booking my next stay there.
