Hotel workers are ready to help and know the need of the customer, Nawal, she be was very understanding. I arrived there very early, check in time was 3:00 pm, however she helped me in the room even before 11 o’clock. I could rest very well and enjoyed my staying instead of waiting for nothing. At the gate, Morad was very helpful also.
