The hotel staff, particularly Ms. Hajer who ensured us a late check out and sorted out all the details we needed for the city tour and Mr. Mohammed, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The warm farewell from Miss Yousra and Miss Nora was a lovely touch. The entire staff demonstrated genuine hospitality, making us feel valued throughout our stay. Situated along the Abu Alrigraq river, the Fairmont hotel offers breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere. The rooftop bar, with its panoramic vistas, provided a remarkable experience. We were captivated by the stunning scenery while enjoying carefully curated music that enhanced the atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel boasts a professional and relaxing spa. The spa treatments were of the highest quality, offering a rejuvenating and tranquil escape after a day of exploring the city. Conrad Rabat Arzana asub Rabatis, 2,4 km kaugusel Ech Chiahna rannast. Kohapeal on välibassein, tasuta eraparkla, spordikeskus ja aed. Selles viietärnihotellis on toateenindus ja pangaautomaat. The staff was amazing; the entire staff, from the reception, to the restaurants, and to the car attendants! Awesome room, and super clean, with the staff coming in to clean twice a day! Will definitely stay there again!

Super kaunis hotell oma ilusa interjööriga. Meie tuba oli väga suur ning seal oli absoluutselt kõik vajalik olemas, ka väike kohvimasin ja veekeetja. Meil olid aknad vanalinna poole ning tuba oli väga vaikne. Kõik oli väga heas korras ja puhas, tundsime end seal väga koduselt. Asukoht oli ka super - katuseterrasilt merevaade ning peamiste vaatamisväärsuste ning medina lähedal. Hommikusöök oli värske, maitsev ja mitmekesine, eraldi kiidaks head kohvi. Ka personal oli erakordselt vastutulelik ja oskas head inglise keelt. Noor mees letis oli eriti hea suhtleja, tundsime end väga teretulnuna.

The most amazing point is that one of professional staff -Mr Jalal - remembered my name from previous visit and offer me the best available room in hotel. I'm appreciating his professional attitude and all the stuff during my stay.
