The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious and the kindness of each member of staff was extraordinary.

Beautiful hotel with a sunny inner courtyard which is tastefully decorated in colonial style. The room was very big and the shower was great with good pressure, just what you need after an 8 hour drive. There is a water dispenser which dispenses both cold and hot water (hot enough for tea). The location is a short walk from the main square in the historical centre so it was a perfect starting point. The lady at reception was super helpful when we called in advance to locate a covid test lab and she recommended a lab nearby which offered everything we needed for our returning trip. We didn't try the food as we decided to have breakfast on the walking street nearby

This is a great hotel! Good "centro" location, nice clean rooms friendly helpful and mostly bilingual Spanish/English staff. The hotel is affiliated with the restaurant next door. The food was excellent, and if you tell them you are staying at the hotel they offer a small discount. Secure parking is available on the same block, the price is discounted for hotel guests, it is 15 Pesos/hour. I am on a motorcycle and secure parking is important to me. On-street parking is VERY difficult to find. The hotel does not have AC, but given the elevation of the area I was quite comfortable without it. The manager is a young man named Ben and he is THE BEST!
