Located in downtown San Cristobal de Las Casas, this 4-star hotel is 3 blocks from San Cristobal Cathedral. The hotel offers a free Wi-Fi zone. We LOVED our 5-night stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, and the hotel itself is amazing. Just off the lobby area, there is a covered courtyard area with large trees in it, and you can have breakfast overlooking the courtyard. In another part of the hotel, there is a library/reading area, and on the third floor, the large terrace has lovely views of the surrounding hills and is full of potted flowers and plants. The artistic details, including many murals and beautiful decorations, add such class to this hotel. The restaurant is very good, and the service - from front desk staff to restaurant staff to the helpful staff members who opened the door to the private parking garage every time we needed to come or go - is outstanding. Would recommend this hotel without hesitation, and we would very happily stay here again.

Ideally situated in the center of San Cristobal de las Casas, this hotel is less than 3 blocks from the city's main square and offers a variety of convenient amenities for the modern traveler. Beautiful hotel with a sunny inner courtyard which is tastefully decorated in colonial style. The room was very big and the shower was great with good pressure, just what you need after an 8 hour drive. There is a water dispenser which dispenses both cold and hot water (hot enough for tea). The location is a short walk from the main square in the historical centre so it was a perfect starting point. The lady at reception was super helpful when we called in advance to locate a covid test lab and she recommended a lab nearby which offered everything we needed for our returning trip. We didn't try the food as we decided to have breakfast on the walking street nearby

Good "centro" location, nice clean rooms friendly helpful and mostly bilingual Spanish/English staff. The hotel is affiliated with the restaurant next door. The food was excellent, and if you tell them you are staying at the hotel they offer a small discount. Secure parking is available on the same block, the price is discounted for hotel guests, it is 15 Pesos/hour. I am on a motorcycle and secure parking is important to me. On-street parking is VERY difficult to find. The hotel does not have AC, but given the elevation of the area I was quite comfortable without it. The manager is a young man named Ben and he is THE BEST!

It’s a beautiful building with a lush courtyard and beautifully decorated rooms. The beds were very comfortable and it was really quiet during the night so we slept like babies :-) breakfast is delicious and freshly cooked! Gabi is an amazing chef and accommodated dietary requests. Everything is in walking distance from the BnB and we really enjoyed being close to the buzz of San Cristobal. We received soooo many local recommendations and loved all of them! Chatting in the morning and evenings with the owners made us feel like we’re staying with friends. We cannot recommend this place enough.
