Mami and Captain were really welcoming with us, making us feel at home and having nice chats and food. The cooking was great and they helped us with anything we needed. Starting with upgrading our room to one with a big balcony viewing the nature and a hot tub, they even let us leave our luggage after the checkout so that we could still visit the city before leaving. We had a great time even though we only stayed for one night.

Everything was excellent. Staff very helpful and friendly both at reception and restaurant. Room was very cosy and clean with an astonishing view. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice. One of the best hotels we've stayed in Malaysia!
