Maravilhosamente situado junto ao Fiorde de Geiranger, o Grande Fjord Hotel disponibiliza quartos com televisão por cabo e casas de banho privativas. We were very tired after a long drive & went to the reception to check in. The staff ( very pleasant, cheerful young lady Janina ) told us our booking was from the next day, she said she will sort it out & gave us an upgrade to a room with a panoramic view of the Fjords. Hospitality staff like her are the plus points for the property . We interacted with the founder of the hotel Ola, a very fine gentleman. The Jacuzzi with a view of the Fjords, complimentary Nespresso coffee machines everywhere, use of the washing machine and a dryer were very helpful. 🙏

We changed our room to the one with the view, which was the best decision. (worth the extra payment) It was on the 5th floor, and the view was amazing. We loved it. We didn’t want to leave the room. Thanks to the receptionist who changed the room.

Para quem conduz, o estacionamento é OK, se vierem a pé torna-se mais chato por ser a subir. A cabine era incrível por dentro, embora o quarto superior seja o topo pequeno e temos que andar curvados. A nossa cabine por acaso era muito silenciosa, mas havia dela junto a cascatas.

This waterfront property overlooks the UNESCO listed Geirangerfjord, while the town of Geiranger is 2 km away. AIl cottages have a fully equipped kitchen, a flat-screen TV and a fjord-view terrace. O lugar é um santuário da natureza, muito belo em todos os sentidos. A estadia na cabana foi muito confortável, com utensílios e demais p/ cozinha e limpeza. Gostei muito também do passeio de caiaque que fizemos no fiorde. Tudo lindo e maravilhoso. Gratidão
