There was a kitchen niche at the entrance, which was separated by the bedroom with another door. This was top for keeping the cold away from the sleeping area! The staff was very kind and helpful, in whatever we asked for! The fish of the day from the restaurant (dinner) was the best we had during our stay in Norway Simply delicious!

The Skjolden Hotel was the high point of my trip. I was passing through the area and stayed for three nights. I was immediately captivated by the view of the fjord, then stayed for the excellent food from the kitchen and the lovely staff. if I had the time I would have stayed for a week.
