It is about a 10 minute walk to Playa el Toro (nice beach for walking and running, not so much for swimming due to rocks) and 20-30 minutes walk to Pedasi.

Hotel Pacific Pearl - Playa Los Destiladeros ligger i Los Destiladeros, en kort bit från Los Destiladeros strand, och erbjuder boende med en restaurang och gratis privat parkering. The entire stay, from the staff to the food, to the establishment, to the closeness to the several beaches in the area were what I can only describe as exquisite. The hotel architecture was well thought out, and filled with artisan details. The floors were so clean and shiny, they were like mirrors. The pool area was relaxing and refreshing even just sitting by the pool was an amazing experience. The food was excellent, with lots of different choices, from burgers or chicken fingers and fries, to chow fun, garlic shrimp, etc. The food was fantastic, among the best I've tried so far in my trip thru Panama, as well as large portions. The breakfast was delicious, and it's included in the hotel stay, with traditional Panamanian breakfast and fresh fruits, coffee, juice, and tea. The staff was incredibly professional, yet so welcoming that makes one feel not just cared for but cared about. I would give this hotel 5 stars, I wish we would have stayed longer but we must continue our trip thru the country, however I'm sure we will be back.

Wao Jungle Venao ligger i Playa Venao, 25 km från El Cacao, och erbjuder boende med en trädgård, gratis privat parkering, en terrass och en restaurang. Friendly staff and travelers. Very clean room and facilities. The shower is a little picky to get the temperature right because there's no check valve in the lines. If you don't know what that is it doesn't matter you just have to fiddle with the knobs part of the charm of the place.

Hotel Punta Franca ligger i Pedasi och har 2 utomhuspooler och en trädgård. Detta boutiquehotell har en bar. Alla rum har en platt-TV med satellitkanaler. We loved the water view and the sounds of the ocean hitting the shore. We were lost trying to find the location, so the guys drove all the way out to the main road to find us. They did a phenomenal job.
