One of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on while traveling. The place was clean and cozy with balcony views of the falls. Great value, good little breakfast and super friendly staff. They helped arrange a motorcycle taxi for us to get back down to the main road. The location is good with a good view. The town is small so walking to everything is easy.

Absolutely gorgeous and spacious spot overlooking the Gocta Falls. I only stayed one night but I wish I could have stayed here 3 days. One of the best places I ever stayed while in Peru. While I stayed, the host invited me to a party in the main square of town when Cocachimba was celebrating its 75th anniversary. I had such a blast listening to live music and meeting the locals. It was so fantastic!

There are more hotels around here, but the hospitality of Mr. Telesforo and Santiago has no comparison. They are lovely and always worried about us. The rooms are really nice, clean and have all the facilities needed. Totally recommended!! The view is incredible, you can watch the waterfall from your window and enjoy the rest of the view from there.

A lovely homestay in the heart of Cuispes. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner here as well. Hot shower, comfy bed and wifi. They helped us get to the waterfalls as well. It's more remote than most towns, so you need to try and plan ahead a bit, like what time you want to eat, what time you want to go somewhere etc. 10 soles per person in a mototaxi to get from Pedro Ruiz and 10 soles per person to get to the start of the waterfalls (don't walk, it's 5km, uphill on a dirt road).
