Right in the busy area of Old Hanoi Quarter so there are lots of restaurants, bars, shops, etc around. Easy access for transfers to pick you up as it's right by the main road. But no noise from road. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony, so nice! They also offer affordable transfers to the airport and other tours.
