We had a lovely stay. The restaurant serves excellent food, the staff was extremely friendly helped us book transport and day trips, the pool gives a welcoming break from the heat. The room was very clean, definitely value for money.

Reception and restaurant kept in contact with us while we were traveling. Restaurant manager Ratheesh is excellent leader cos his team was very efficient. We arrived at 11pm but they kept in touch with us during our journey (long drive) to check on our meal requirements. Reception was tops in welcoming us at that part of the night and in a terrible storm. We were very traumatized by the long drive and monsoon like weather but the warmth with which we were welcomed was awesome to overcome the trauma

I stayed at Pleasant Hill Resort with friends for two nights in November, 2023. Initially we had planned to stay in Munnar but then changed our mind and that was a right choice. Location of the hotel is on the hills and all rooms have a very beautiful view. Its a very quiet place to stay. Territory of the hotel is very greenery. Rooms are big enough and clean. Breakfasts have a wide range of dishes and beverages. We also had two dinners there. Food was always fresh and well cooked. Room service is available there. All members of the staff were very helpful, especially receptionists and restaurant personnel, including Sharath. We received recommendations for the destinations we could visit within 2 days and had very good excursions made by car. Also we were helped with organising our transfer to Mariri beach.

This is the place to stay in Alleppey. It’s right on the beach, the rooms are amazing and clean and the staff are great people. Offering mountain views and located in Vastare, Chikmagalur Vismita County features accommodation and a garden. Few accommodation types have a Spa Bath. We stayed there for three nights, we were family with one year old ..as this was our first trip post pandemic highly concerned about sanitation.Have gone through lot of reviews before Choosing Vismita. We were extremely delighted to choose Vismita as it is exactly what it is told in reviews. 100%hygienic place and very accommodating staff . Best views n great food. my one year old had no problems eating straight out of restaurant. complimentary breakfast served is hot n fresh unlike others where food is cold n stale.. had best time at kalyani bar and the Long Island iced tea is the best I ever had.. they haven’t said no to any of our requests say it a cradle for baby.. coconut oil for the kid.. everything asked is provided.. hospitality here is the best I have ever experienced alongside with summer suits stay in kaulalumpur which i found best till date. kudos to team vismita.. may you shine bright.. definitely visiting this place in coming summer
