Brilliant communication with Melissa throughout our booking. We were met by her mother who handed over the keys to a spacious and immaculately clean apartment located in the beautiful resort of Gravedona.

A beautiful hotel overlooking Lake Como. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. We had a room with a small terrace, sun lounger, and seating area. The rooms above us had a small balcony. Breakfast was great, with a phenomenal view of the lake. We highly recommend this hotel for those who enjoy a touch of luxury and tranquility.

Great room, comfy bed, very quiet. We arrived after 7pm when no staff available on site. However they contacted us by WhatsApp with instructions, and any questions we had were answered promptly and politely . We had never stayed in a luxury B&B before but it was a good experience.

We used this for 1 night on our way back from Tuscany to Switzerland. Nicely located in a very green area. Met our expectations as we were not looking for luxury or many additional facilities. We had a suitable room for our purpose, lot of green around to walk the dog, excellent breakfast and diner and a very friendly and sympathetic staff. Parking for free. Nice location.

Great staff, well managed and sister hotel to, Villa d'Este luxury hotel, so easy getting reservations for lunch and dinner at the finest of the luxury of como.... We really enjoyed being there

The location is a little off the beaten track which means it is less busy which is great but there is nothing much to do in town. The “resort” is all you’re there for.

This was an unexpected luxury. The rooms were very well updated, very comfortable, and quiet. I was sincerely impressed with how many modern luxuries the owner put into the room. The owner and his son were the most laid back hosts I've ever met. They couldn't do enough to help us be comfortable.

Beautiful apartment and pool area with view over lake which was outstanding. Short 7min walk to train station and only 3 stops to busier resort Varenna with access to ferry routes to to other towns around Lake Como. (2min section of road has no footpath so be very careful especially at night when walking this road) Owner very quickly responded to all questions which was very helpful.

The apartment is very nice, it looks very luxury and modern. You are right there in the center of Bellagio where you can find restaurants, stores, taxi boats, ferry station…Communication with host was very easy and they were very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!
