Nothing much really being honest. Main rep was nice and tried his best to entertain, and all round nice guy. The lifegaurd for the first 3 days was nice and provided toys and equipment to help our kids play in the pool. A Heavy Lifeguard came day 4 of our stay i think and was recording kids at the pool. We contacted management and told them but he did nothing. Also have videos of this

Small spiders all over the apartment Had to ask for clean bed sheets Had to ask for clean towels. All stairs (we had 2 kids in buggies)(not the hotels fault but not suitable for kids been honest. Lifegaurd (heavy guy) was recording kids playing at the pool. We did not use the pool while he was there again. Also have a video of him doing so. Food served to us was completely raw. Pink and freezing cold served to my 3 year old son. Chips tough to chew. We handed back 2 raw burgers and raw chips. I left my club sandwich just incase

We like Calipolis for it's location and goos service. Room was nothing to brag about but overall experience wasn't bad at all. We have now stayed at Calipolis many times but strangely looking at our records, not once have they upgraded us or made us feel any special. Maybe it's their policy.

Great value for the money. The lady at the front desk was very helpful. The room was clean and had everything we needed for one night.

The poorest breakfast I've ever seen. If you don't like sweets for breakfast, be prepared for a plain toast with margarine.

Our apartment was facing the bar across the road & it was noisy at night. Also, most of the street is dug up for roadworks at the moment so that’s a pain, very noisy, dusty & make access difficult.

Location is in a commercial zone of the city, swimming pool was not open, was very noisy during the night with police intervention.
