“A little gem. Very quiet and tranquil location, just the birds and crickets as companions. Walking back to the apartment late evening under the starry sky listening to the Scops Owl was absolutely magic. The hosts kept in contact throughout our stay and were very helpful without being intrusive. When we stayed it was very hot, over 30 degrees so the AC was a bonus, although mostly we used the fan. G&T on the back terrace watching the birds circle overhead before visiting one of the nearby bars and tavernas was most civilised. We intend to return.”

“We were here for 1 night. The friendly and helpful owner met us at the port and walked us to the hotel which was just a few minutes away. We had a junior suite with sea view and the view didn't disappoint. We had a lovely balcony with bougainvilleas growing above. The bed was comfortable and we could see the lovely view from bed. We had great friendly service the whole time. Alfa draft was served in frozen mugs and the view from the snack bar was amazing. We would love to spend more time here and in Tilos in general another time.”
“A light, spacious and spotlessly clean apartment in a very convenient location for shops, beach, restaurants, buses and the port. The bed was extremely comfortable with good quality linen and the kitchen adequately equipped with everything we needed for our stay. A lovely wrap around balcony with comfortable seats and a table for outside dining, gave fabulous sea and mountain views.
Alex had provided a lovely welcome pack on arrival with water, tea, coffee, milk, nibbles and wine but we were particularly impressed with his very quick response to all communications and his focus on us having an excellent holiday. His kindness in significantly extending our check out to accommodate our late ferry sailing was most appreciated. Once again, thank you Alex.

“I have just had a very restful and relaxing 5 night stay at Marina Beach. Perfect in every way. Picked up by Despoina from the Port and returned by Antonis after allowing me late afternoon check out because of my ongoing ferry timetable. What a godsend, the kind of gesture that makes all the difference when you're travelling. Although my room No.1 was on the ground floor, I still had a lovely seaview from my terrace. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Lovely hosts who were very approachable. Despoina and Antonis went out of their way to ensure my stay with them was a pleasant one. Efcharistó 😊 The location affords peace and quiet, and it only takes about 20 minutes to walk along the seafront from Marina Beach to the town of Livadia. There is a tiny beach nearby, but if you walk along to Faros Taverna, there are free sunbeds on a lovely wee beach, and you can enjoy lunch by the sea, in an idyllic Greek setting.”

Tilos is a lovely friendly island and zafeiris apartment is an easy walk to restaurants and the sea.”
