We have stayed at Royal Plaza Montreux before, and it's allways a pleasure to stay there 😀. The staff are excellent and when we arrived the concierge came out to welcome us 👍. We always book a junior suite with a full wiev to lake, and it is outstanding. Thank you so much and see you next year.

The location of the hotel and the Restaurant 'The Deck' as well as the lounge overlooking the vineyards of Lavaux is absolut fantastic. The view is magic and the food in the Restaurant is very delicious. Absolut a MUST! The staff is very friendly and we could also get a drink after dinner at the Hotel Bar.

The staff at the reception was very accomodating and we got an upgrade to a room with lake view. They even swapped our twin bed to a double bed on request without additional charge and that was really nice of them. Breakfast was great with more than your usual standard options at some hotels. Overall we had a lovely stay and would love to go back.
