Top clean (thank you cleaners and sandrine !) and well located with a lake view from the outdoor pool, restaurants and some rooms. Stunning garden extremely well curated. The room was nice and clean with a small balcony to enjoy. L'Oasis is located on a hill and has a big terrace with a fantastic view on Lake Geneva where we enjoyed delicious breakfast with a variety of sweet and savoury treats. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly. The pool is big enough to take a swim and very nicely located in the quiet garden of the hotel. Several very good restaurants and the city centre are within walking distance. All in all it was a very delightful stay.

The Hotel Continental is a family-run hotel, set in a 19th-century building with chandeliers and a flower-filled garden terrace. It is just 100 metres from Lake Geneva, in the heart of Evian.

We had a two night stay here and it was perfect. The staff were always helpful and thoughtful; we were able to eat breakfast outside; the room was clean and tidy. The location of the hotel is perfect too, right on the lake. Although it can be a little noisy from the road it’s worth asking for a lake view room. A special thank you to the hotel for arranging locked secure parking for my motorbike when I just asked for advice on the best place to park.

It was a complex of buildings in a nice setting. We did not use the pool or breakfast, but did have a lovely dinner in the restaurant. Staff was great. The room had what we needed. The woman at check-in spoke English and was very helpful and pleasant. She was a great start to our trip!
