Staff was excellent as they were always available and eager to make as comfortable from reception to the check out. Executive apartment has a large and clean bedroom. The living room is spacious - even better than in the photos. Kitchen and bathroom are modern and very well established. Apartment is a short walk to both to tram stop and central train station. Neighboorhood is vibrant with full of shops and eateries.

Location was great, easy to get to and very central. My room was very comfortable and plenty of space. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom included with my room was also spacious and clean. Great shower. Access to a kitchen.

I can only speak in superlatives about our stay and the hotel itself. The room was superb, the location and most importantly the staff were outstanding. Everyone was extremely welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure we have the best experience possible.
