Beautiful hotel extremely well maintained, reminded us of the opulent and lavish days in the late 1800 - early 1900. All the staff is well polite and welcoming. Our room was on the old side and was facing the fron tof the hotel and you could hear the noise from the street, this being said, when we mentionned it to the front they proposed to move us to a different room.It is definitively a five star hotel and we recommend it.

We arrived early morning, the staff took I to consideration my child has autism and let us check in early so that my son could relax and regulate before he started his day. We also upgraded to an executive room as my son prefers to have a bath due to sensory processing issues. The staff were all lovely.

Really liked the house being so light and spacious. House was warm, relaxing with a friendly vibe. Loved the size of the kitchen although we didn't actually cook a meal The beds were comfortable. The bottle of wine and the Taytos were a lovely kind gesture. There were 4 adults, 3 teenagers and an OAP and the house just seemed just right for us all. Eating and drinking places on the doorstep.

After reading previous review I was a little hesitant whether to book this home, but I'm glad I did. Amanda was very welcoming to show me around the property and how to work facilities. The house was clean, stylish ,very comfortable, relaxing also with jacuzzi in the bath tub 😍. This home was very convenient for me, close to Belfast International Airport and not far from the city centre (£9 in a taxi). Lovely peaceful area to stay, I will for sure book again in the future. Thankyou Amanda 😊
