Everything about my cosy and clean one bedroom apartment was fantastic! The fact that I had ample space to store my suitcases (along with daughter’s) in the corridor, we had a comfy bed for two, cute sitting area and lovely little kitchen was absolutely perfect. Really, I cannot praise this gem of a place enough. And best of all, the wonderful, polite and helpful staff were the cherry on top, especially Teresa, who I absolutely fell in love with, as she was so kind.

Loved the historic feel of the hotel, clean, beautifully decorated. Loved the public lounges , stocked bars, where you can help yourself, on the honor system. The morning breakfast or coffee in the room was an added bonus. The staff is always available and helpful. The quietness was nice.

Excellent location for sights, for walking, or for talking the tube. Incredibly attentive and thoughtful housekeeping - when we came back to our room we found a few little surprises that show real attention to detail - they left two small teddy bears for our children, put a bookmark in my book, left a small cloth for wiping the screen of our iPad among other things. Also reception staff (particularly Regina) made us feel at home. Super comfortable bed too!

The food was amazing, the staff for breakfast and dinner were so attentive as were all the staff. Loved the little personal touches such as the chocolate at meal time as a celebration of our wedding anniversary and the Danish pastries at breakfast. We were made to feel special which was really appreciated.

I loved everything about my stay from the staff to the location! The staff was so friendly I loved coming back to my room with different little surprises each day kind letters and chocolate it was just heartwarming. I loved being greeted by everyone with a smile day and night! Even from the residents of the hotel! It was like a family hotel. The location is amazing its 5 minutes away from all the mayfair restaurants I walked everywhere.
