The host was very kind and accommodating with our request for early check-in and even upgraded our stay to a maisonette. Quite simply, a shame we couldn't enjoy our stay for longer!

The location is perfect for all the Ioannina tourist attractions. Unusually for a town centre hotel, there is secure parking. The breakfast we had was the best we have had up till now. It had everything you can think of. There was an ubundance of food. I couldn't fault this Hotel. Our room was lovely and beds were comfortable. It is located a little out of Ioannina so it was so peaceful especially the view which looked over the lake. In the center of the old city, a new renovated house became a warm and well designed hotel. From the moment we entered we felt as at home. The staff is great and helpful with everything. The room was very clean and we took the big one and enjoyed it very much. The breakfast was great with so many tasty food and such a variety. We also visited the spa room which was a great way to relax upon arrival, we had the room to ourselves for one hour and really enjoyed the peace and quiet, it was lovely!
